Cancellation Policy

Your stylist’s time is very valuable. Due to the high demand for our services and the significant loss of income caused by late cancellations or missed appointments, late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the base price of the scheduled service in order to rebook.

We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
